Happy 12th!
7:04 am – The boys wake me up and request Easter basket time. I love that they’re old enough to know what an appropriate morning time is, and that they wouldn’t think of opening the baskets without waking me first!
7:05 am – They dig in!
7:06 am – Digging in. (cont.)
7:09 am – The bunnies that kept me up [almost] all night. The directions said “about an hour” each to make. It took me six hours to make both. So worth it today, though.
9:51 am – The time I actually got up. Thank you, Dad & boys for letting me sleep!
10:01 am – Hunting!
9:04 am – Mom and Angus watch The Great Hunt from the living room.
10:26 am – COFFEE!!!!!
12:00 pm – The Washi eggs Mom and I made yesterday afternoon. She has a collection we made when I was in high school, and we decided to add to it.
2:16 pm – Blogging about Easter.
6:51 pm – The boys help Mom make faux Monte Cristos for dinner – yummmm!
10:00 pm – Proof that I have been spending time with my hooks.
Thanks to Chad for creating 12 of 12 and keeping it alive! I enjoy being a part of it each month.

I love it! Especially the bunnies. I want one of those. Is the pattern online? My first attempt at 12 for 12 isn’t as cool as yours. I will try to remember next month. Maybe you should remind me a day or two earlier 😉

Thanks for sharing Easter with me virtually. I’m glad the boys had fun with the egg hunt and all the candy I’m sure they devoured. Love ya.

Very nice pictures. You have the talent to tell a story with your camera.

Love the eggs! (Also that they let you go back to sleep – now THAT’s worth cherishing!)
